Ooookay. Yeah. Most of the roles are what we thought they would be really with Yuuhi being transferred and such other business. And then we get to Jackie. I'm really happy Ai-chan is playing her and like many others said I wouldn't know what role she'd really be doing otherwise in this show. She's going to be full of adorable love.
But... Mirio? Uh yeah, guys. What's up with that? She's still so young to be having a role so big and bypassing so many others who are older and some what "higher up on the totem pole" than her. I liked Mirio for a long time but started to get a little tired of her since they seemed to be overexposing her and pushing her a bit too hard. I still think she's adorable and talented, don't get my wrong, but Hankyu's been pushing her for years (and she's only an 89th, jesus.) And she's in a dress.... again.
So this leads me, as I'm sure it has to many others of you, to the train of thought that she is going to switch. Another musumeyaku role, and the transfers, of Nene especially is the only way this really makes sense. I'm a bit frightened of this. She looks adorable in a dress but just.... no. She still looks like a little boy in a dress.
I'm now going to go watch Les Bijoux, since this is the only thing I have with her in a dress, and go contemplate whether this is really a good idea or not, Hankyu. Seriously, what have you guys been on lately?
