I haven't done all that much this week besides work. Yesterday I had my first short training day in the Floral department, which I'll be working in today and tomorrow to help with the Mother's Day rush. I spent most of the day filling up mylar balloons, which is incredibly more fun than it sounds. I seriously enjoyed myself XD I like picking out which color ribbons to put on them and stuff. Yes, I am that much of a faggot. I have a feeling that is how I'm going to spend most of my 8 hours tomorrow. And I am a-ok with that. Its probably going to be a busy weekend.

On Sunday, my stupid phone's screen broke again. The same exact way it broke the first time like 3 months after I got it. Beware Samsung phones that aren't flip phones, they don't have very much protection over the LCD screen. I had been totally careful with it too, always having it in its case and not leaving it in my pocket for extended periods of time. I don't know how in the hell it broke again. I ordered a cheap GoPhone to stick my sim card in, since I don't get a discount on a new phone apparently until May 31st. Not the nicest phone ever, but its pink and that amuses me. I'm so over the slider phones, fer srs.

My correct Cecilclub membership card came in the mail yesterday. I shall have to take a picture of it later. Now I'm off to the bank to get change to do the laundry.

Today was incredibly tiring. I was on register for an hour, and then Candace (one of my fave managers) told me kinda apologetically that I had lot duty for 2 hours since none of the other baggers there were capable of it. Lot duty means chasing after shopping carts. Sometimes literally. It was a beautiful day out, so I didn't really object to having to do it, just for two solid hours can be very very tiring. It wasn't so bad until the last half hour when I started to get extremely hungry and ran over my toe like 3 times XD After that I bagged, which is much more physically demanding than just cashiering, especially when we need to bring the stuff out to people's cars. I'm a very very tired Vicky indeed.

I would just go to sleep now... but we're watching Twilight. LOLz. Lots of LOLz.

Today blew for the most part. It decided to rain just long enough for me to be stuck in it at the bus stop. I got my schedule for the next week and it totally sucks. I don't have a day off till Sunday, but its still only 17 hours, and almost all those days are retarded 3 or 3 and a half hour days. What the hell. Almost everyone at work had a stick up their ass today too. Suuuuuckage.

On a happy note though, I came home to a big box from http://www.davidscookies.com/, from my mama for what I'm assuming is an Easter present. A crumb cake, a rocky road brownie, pecan cookies, and chocolate covered brownies. Freaking amazing. I love my mommy!

Also Ryuu as Duke Max is bringing me extreme happiness as well. So I guess today hasn't been all bad.

Work wasn't bad today, not too busy since triple coupon week is finaaally over. I was really hyper all day cuz I had a big cup of coffee before work XD I think I need to have coffee before I go to work everyday, lol. Although my having coffee apparently was fuel for a crazy woman insulting me at work today cuz I'm terrible at doing math in my head. I was having some trouble figuring out her change, since she initially gave me $12 for a bill that came to $8.07... and she just kept handing me dollars and it was confusing me. I'm terrible at doing math in my head anyway, finally I understood that she wanted a $5 bill back (she couldn't say this beforehand, or give me the right amount of money the first time). She had heard me mention to my bagger how much coffee I consumed and when I gave her her receipt said to me, "Maybe you shouldn't have coffee before if you can't do math." Yeah, thanks, lady. I was told later that this was also the woman who was standing at the customer service desk screaming on her cell phone. Nice. But all in all, it wasn't a bad day.

Finally done with my 6 day in a row work stretch. My two days off in a row are quite earned, methinks. Triple coupon weeks need to die a firey death.

We got our bento supplies yesterday, and I took my first box to work today. I made tiny little square onigiri with hearts indented in them that I filled with furikake, a hard boiled egg in the shape of a bunny, a couple peanut butter crackers and mini Oreos. Adorable, delicious, and perfect for the 15 minutes I have to eat during my break. Last thing I'm waiting on in the mail is my new purse, which should be arriving Monday. Excited am I :D

Money for Cecilclub is being being sent on Tuesday :D Julie-pyon is awesome.

Now, I go to sleep before I fall over. To dream about Komu. Scarlet!Komu...

Work has been tuckering me out. I forgot how physically demanding grocery cashiering can be. They asked me to stay late today, so I guess I've been doing pretty well. We had little reports today and mine said good job, but I need to smile more. LOL, I'm grumpy in the mornings. I have pretty sucky hours this week, I hope they'll extend or change them a bit. More moneys = good.

I've emailed my daihyou asking how she wants me to pay my club dues :D Oh, I am excited! Freaking finally ^_^ I decided to join her club like a year and a half ago XD *bounce bounce* Cecil!!

I've also decided that I'm going to start saving for one of those tiny little Asus Eee's. I really want a tiny little laptop, and I found a great deal on one from NewEgg. It'll only take me a few weeks to save up for it (hopefully), and it'll run the same as the laptop I have now, but have a bigger hard drive and a built in webcam and its freaking tiny. For $300. Want want want.

I'm being sucked into the world of bento making. I ordered my first few boxes and things from Ichibankan tonight, now that I actually have somewhere to take one, and it'll be easier than having to buy and scarf down food in my whole 15 minutes of a break I usually have. Plus I've been craving onigiri something fierce. They have furikake at the store I work at, so rock rock on.

Alright, I think its time to go curl up with my giraffe now and go sleepies. And dream that we'll get a freaking shinko cast list so I know what to write to BonBon in my next letter to her ^_^

My first day of work was good. I didn't have to do much, just watch a bunch of cheesy training videos and take quizzes after them. I still have a bunch of them to do, so that's what I'll be doing tomorrow. I think I'm going to enjoy working there.

I'm sleepy and going to lie down now, I work in the morning the next 2 days, so I should actually go to bed at a normal hour XD

I have job!

I go in on Tuesday at 3 to fill out the rest of the paperwork.

ladybretagne's grandparents stopped by on their way home from church to visit us, and her grandma told me I had some mail from Japan (we changed our address to hers while we were looking for an apartment and haven't changed it to our new one yet). I was a bit confused since I'm not in Seshi's club yet, so I shouldn't be expecting any mail from them, and I wasn't expecting anything from anyone else who's there right now.

I look at the envelope and its indeed from Seshi's club... cue even more confusion. It was a note from my (soon to be) daihyou! It was so sweet, saying thank you for sending Seshi so many letters, that she can't wait to meet me when I come to Japan, and pretty much inviting me to join Seshi's club. She also sent me a club form, the latest club newsletter, two name stickers (a green and a pink one), and, best of all, a stage photo from the Mariposa shinko signed by my darling!! My daihyou is so cute! I'll take pics tomorrow of everything, since her handwriting is just too cute not to share. Lots of hearts and exclamation points too XD

Well, I know what my first $50 will be going to once I get a job. Not like it wasn't going to be going towards that anyways.

Speaking of jobs, I may have one. I find out for sure on Tuesday. I hope.
